Getting ready for the girls road trip - 2nd annual Mama Camp

This will be the second annual girls road trip - destination...Mama Camp!

Mission:  planning out a short, sweet, inexpensive road trip for four girls.

Ages:  8, 10, 17, & 43

Mode of transportation: Prius, aka, Tardis...(it's bigger on the inside ;) This allows us to travel using very little money for gas.

This trip is coming up FAST!!!!! we are leaving in just a few short weeks and I really haven't decided anything more than dates.

I am looking at stopping at cumberland falls on the way up. Here we can hike to some falls, take a little boat ride. The downside to this is that it requires us leaving at 0400....

we are heading out on a Sunday morning, traffic should be lighter. Spend Monday, relaxing and visiting with my mom and dad. Then head on down to Kings Island on Tuesday...Just me and my teen.  Riding dollar coaster for 10 hours then heading to a hotel or camp ground until the morning.

This is where I am not certain about our plans...camp or historic hotel? Then will we have time to check out Daniel Boone National Park before getting on the road?  I also need to start planning food for the trip.
