Crock Pot Chicken Parisienne
Crock Pot Chicken Parisienne
I was not to sure about this recipe, but in a moment of desperation, I found a new family staple :)
Super easy, I prepared this before my 12 hour shift at work, so that my children wouldn't have to cook for themselves. I was really concerned about flavor, no onions, no garlic, no cheese? When I called to see how they liked it...my 16 year old said she loved it, that it was really good! My 3&4 year old each had a bog ole plate themselves.
I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika (still frozen) and placed into the crockpot. Then I mixed everything together in a bowl and poured in over. Put the lid on, turned on low and left a note to make pasta when ready to eat. It was stirred (not sure if needed) so the chicken ended up shredding (probably cooked longer than needed) VERY GOOD!
Here are the ingredients:
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast
salt and pepper to taste
paprika to taste
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
